Very impressed w/their service Great communication from beginning to end … Very respectful contractor that they sent for my job, on time. 1st time I had ordered was the wrong size They were very nice & took the defective sink out & put the one that needed to be returned in my car for me. Ordered a new one, came in , rescheduled them They communicated again about their arrival time Came on time, got right to work. Great job & cleaned up Very happy with the entire process & completed work Highly recommend Handyman ConnectionPosted on Google

M C14 days agoContacted The Handyman Connection of Woodstock to repaint my front door and window panels. It was really easy to book them, the price was affordable, and the handyman that did the actual work was super nice and professional. I am really pleased with the finished product and plan to call them for other jobs around the house! Highly recommend!+1Posted on Google
Yoni S.26 days agoI’ve had the pleasure of working with Ryan, Whitney, Jeremy, and Thomas from Handyman Connection on several projects around my home. They’ve approached each one with great care, skill, patience, and understanding, and their pricing is very fair. I’m already working with them on my next projects, and I’m grateful to have finally found a team I can count on for home maintenance and improvements. Thank you all so much!Posted on Google

Elizabeth Allen48 days agoFirst Whitney who runs the customer contact is superb. Jeremy came to put two bookcases together. They were heavy and he worked nonstop bending lifting. There was no way we could have physically done the work. We asked him his background and he shared his skill set. Since he lives close by and we are retired we can be more flexible with scheduling. We are looking for a company we can count on. In the future I will request him again. He is loyal to his company. That means a lot.Posted on Google

He fixed a double bifold door to my laundry room that has been uneven for years and no one could make it right, but he did! Thank you’Posted on Google

Etkaterina78 days agoI would give zero stars if possible. All seemed well at first a contractor (Nathan) was sent out to take measurements and prepare an estimate. To this day no estimate has been provided to complete the rest of the required repairs and I have no faith that there will be one completed any time in the near future. A complete waste of time as I could have went with a different contractor from the beginning and had my repairs completed by now. ————————————UPDATE—————————— Since leaving this review Handyman Connection reached out to me and made it right. An estimate was provided and all repairs have been completed 😀 I would like to give a special thank you to the Contractor who was assigned to my home Nathan for being timely, showing up ready to work and for doing it with a spirit and of excellence. You, (Nathan) are the main reason I gave Handyman Connection another chance to make it right…You simply do Great Work🫡 Thank You Whitney for having the willingness to make amends and holding things down at the Front Office😀Posted on Google
Howard Hughes80 days agoI cannot praise my experience with Handyman and David who successfully fix my electrical issue. I’m leery having new companies come to my house, but I am so happy that I contacted Handyman Connection of Woodstock. The company itself is so professional and more than easy to work with. Their employee David is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable, and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I highly recommend this company and if you have an electrical issue, request David to get your issue fixed properly. I will contact them for other issues I have. 🇺🇸Posted on Google

Kathy Chandler81 days agoUpdate: Just wanted to come in here and say that Ryan reached out to me about my review asking what they could do to resolve the situation. They definitely care about your opinion and satisfaction and have taken care of things for me. I would most definitely use them again! Left work area a mess. My house is on the market so it has to stay clean and look nice at all times. Was told he cleaned up, when I went back to check he definitely did not! Thank goodness there were no showings before I got there to clean up. There were other issues as well, but this one really upset me the most.Posted on Google

Nancy McCullough94 days agoDavid was very easy to work with. I thought the price was a little high as he wasn’t able to help with front door and did not have time to fix ceiling fan. The drawer he fixed is still not staying closed. He did a nice job on the other items on my list. Thanks! NancyPosted on Google

Chris B118 days agoI had very poorly designed stairs leading from my sunporch to the backyard that were needing replacement. Initially I was looking for a similar plan to what was in place already. Handyman Connection's carpenter came out and suggested a much better solution than I had envisioned that is much safer (level exit from porch to a landing, less steep stairs). The cost was quite a bit higher than the simple rebuild but much happier with the new arrangement. The quality of the construction is excellent. Very happy with the job.Posted on Google
Debbie Klein118 days agoHandyman Connection was hired to do various projects. The fact that I keep hiring them for other projects should be a testament that they do good work, always on time, follow up to make sure you are pleased and clean up when they are done.Posted on Google

Jessica Koehlinger225 days agoSome of the best communication and reliability I’ve ever had working with contractors. Ryan got back to me right away when I reached out for a quote to redo our 1980s powder room. The quote came quickly and they started the job just a day later. Mike was super friendly and an expert in his work. He didn’t finish until everything was done just right. I was on a tight timeline and they made sure we reached the finish line on time. We ran into some surprises (like one usually does on projects) and it was handled professionally and with grace. We’re already looking forward to using Handyman Connection for our next project.+3Posted on Google
Lynn P232 days agoThe team arrived in a timely fashion. Professional. Provided me with updates throughout the process. Very transparent. Exceptional work and customer service. I would definitely recommend them. Prices are not overrated compared to other companies. Send them the pictures for the job you need and they’ll provide an estimate. If the price is a little over the estimate once they arrive, they will inform you exactly how much. I will be using them for any future projects.Posted on Google

Nabeil Almadani253 days agoI recently hired the Handyman Connection in Woodstock, GA for three different projects at my home, two of which required work more than 20 feet off the ground. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Mr. Ryan Catlin, the owner, personally came out to assess the projects. He took the time to look everything over carefully, explain what needed to be done, and recommend practical solutions that made sense. I appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. They promptly provided a fair and reasonable estimate. Once I approved it, they worked around my schedule and completed everything exactly as agreed, and on time. A special thank you to Ryan, David, and Mike for their professionalism, quality workmanship, and courteous attitude throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to work with a local team that truly cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend the Handyman Connection in Woodstock, GA for any home improvement projects. You won’t be disappointed!Posted on Google
Josh Birman267 days agoFirst time using the Handyman Connection and i couldn't be happier with the service. Jordon was amazing, he came out and worked his butt off to find the leak we had from a pipe that was leaking into our kitchen ceiling. The leak was not where I thought it was but he was able to find it, repair it and seal and paint the ceiling. The whole experience from booking the job where they actually sent someone out to give an accurate quote (instead of Mr Handyman who wants to attempt to quote a job via text that always ends up being hundreds of dollars more), to getting the job scheduled and completed was so easy. Definitely recommend these Handyman Connection and Jordon.Posted on Google
